While SPTek follows best industry practices, we do not guarantee:

  • Absolute protection against cyber threats
  • Uninterrupted service at all times

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and internal security controls unless explicitly included in the service contract.

7. Third-Party Tools & Integration

SPTek may use third-party software, cloud services, or tools as part of project delivery.
We are not responsible for failures, downtime, or issues arising from third-party platforms apart from agreed scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

SPTek is not liable for:

  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Financial loss
  • Security breaches beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the service charges paid for the specific engagement.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, and service descriptions are the property of SPTek.

Clients retain ownership of their own systems, data, and assets.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice.
Any pending payments for completed work must still be made by the client.

SPTek may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
